■ The booth fee is 80,000 yen (excluding tax) per booth .

■ After deciding with the exhibitor, the secretariat will send an invoice together with the exhibition decision notification.

Please transfer to the designated account by the due date.

Exhibitors are responsible for the transfer fee.

* Please note that the exhibition may be canceled if the transfer cannot be confirmed by the due date.

If you decide to cancel the exhibition, please contact the secretariat immediately in writing.

Cancellation by June 30

You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

(50% will be refunded.)

Cancellation after July 1st

You will be responsible for the full amount.

(No full refund will be given.)

■ When the organizer cancels the event

Please note that if the organizer unavoidably cancels due to a disaster such as an earthquake or the spread of infectious diseases, the expenses already incurred will be deducted and the exhibition fee will be settled and refunded.
